The Beach

 

Over Labor Day weekend Jeff, his family and I went to Myrtle Beach. We had a great time! Our nephews had never been to the beach, so it was fun to see them play in the sand and water. It was a short trip, but so nice to be out in the sun and sand. The downside to our trip.... we had to leave our Ruby at home. I really missed her and she would have had the best time playing on the beach, but our condo rental did not allow dogs and we hated to subject her to flying below with the bags. We thought for a split second maybe she would be small enough to fit in one of those doggy carriers, and then we could bring her on board. We did a little test to see if she would fit in one of those. She didn't even fit in a duffle bag, but what can you do.... I think she is just a few pounds over the weight limit.
