Paris and Nelly

The Vestrings enjoyed some fun this past weekend.

On Saturday night we went to a Nelly concert (yes, you read right)  NELLY. and it. was. awesome!  We had the best time.  We definitely got to stompin' in our air force ones < (See what I did there?)
It was a blast.

On Sunday, my friends and I threw a shower for a friend who was getting married this August.  We went with a Paris themed shower as our friend studied abroad in Paris one semester.  I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say it might have been our best shower yet (and let me tell you- we are pretty much pros as far as showers go these days).  It turned out so cute!

Busy Weekend

This weekend was a busy one!  Jeff and I stayed home on Friday night and hung out a bit.  I made fajitas and we watched this movie.  I thought it was awesome!  I can't believe I had never watched it before.

On Saturday, I drove down to Dallas for my friend Grace's bridal shower.  It was so good to see some of my Dallas friends, if only just for a little bit! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I drove back to Oklahoma after the shower in order to make it to my friend Erin's couples shower that night.  We had a blast celebrating our great friends at a beautiful home.  annnnddd.... have you guys ever heard of a Palapa?  Because I hadn't- but we had a blast at a "beach" and palapa in the middle of Oklahoma!  It was seriously, one of the best couple showers ever!  They even had the Big Truck Tacos truck there.  It was majorly yummy.

Celebrating the Bride-To-Be!

This weekend we traveled to Tulsa on Saturday for one of my best friend's bridal showers!  We had the best time celebrating Erin (yes her name's also Erin) at my friend Emily's cutie house.  One of Erin's favorite things are bloody marys, so my favorite part of the shower was the awesome bloody mary bar.  I'm not a huge fan of bloody marys (they smell like food and that kind of weirds me out, but I hear they were delish!)
